Alpha Online

This time of Covid 19 has raised questions for all of us.  What’s life really all about?  What is most important and precious to us?  If you’re asking questions then we’d love to invite you to try our on-line Alpha course, which we’re running in conjunction with St Andrew’s Cullompton.  It’s a great opportunity to explore the Christian faith, whether you’re a non-believer, new to faith or wanting a refresher.

The first session is on Wednesday 30th September at 7.30pm.  For more information or to book a place please contact Revd Olly.

Autumn services

Good news.  There will be more services at St Disen’s from the beginning of October.  The first Sunday of the month, 4th October sees the reintroduction of our All Age Worship at 10.30am.  This will be preceded by Holy Communion at 9.00am.  Then on 2nd Wednesday of the month, from 14th October we will be starting our mid-week communion services again, at 10.00am.

For those who are unable to join us on a Sunday or Wednesday service, please do join with us if you can by saying the Lord’s Prayer at those times.  Do take a look also at our Altogether not Together page for ways in which you can access services online, not just on a Sunday but anytime.

(Please note that all may be liable to change or cancellation, depending on changing coronavirus advice.)

Devon Historic Churches Day : Saturday 12th September 2020

The Devon Historic Churches Trust helps fund repairs and maintenance to churches across the county.  Their main fundraising day this year is Saturday 12th September, a special day dedicated to supporting and celebrating the work of all Devon churches and the communities they serve and which incorporates the national Ride & Stride event.

We regret that our church is not open to visitors at the moment but there is still much to see around the outside.  And, of course, you are more than welcome to come back and join us for one of our new, socially distanced, Sunday morning services at 10.30am.
