Our services for July begin with Holy Communion at 9.00am on Sunday 5th July. Then at 10.30am we will be hosting a special service in church celebrating another year of KidZone, our after school children’s club at the Duchy Primary School. The service will be instead of our usual Café Church. Refreshments will be served afterwards in the church hall.
On Sunday 12th July we have Holy Communion at 10.30am, followed by refreshments in the church hall. On Sunday 19th July we’re in the church hall for Café Church and on Sunday 26th July we have a service of Morning Praise at 10.30am, followed by refreshments in the church hall.
Café Church brings the hospitality of Wednesday Welcome and Sunday coffee times to worship. It’s worship around tables (or on sofas!) with space for conversation and community, complete with pastries and drinks. Time for coffee with God.
On Saturday 18th July we are hosting a concert with the St. David’s Singers, a chamber choir based in Exeter who perform a diverse repertoire of both religious and secular music. The concert is at 7.00pm with the doors opening at 6.30pm. Entry is free but of course donations are welcome. Refreshments will be available before the concert.
Our monthly Knit and Natter is on Tuesday 21st July, in the church hall from 2.00pm. Bring along any craft, not just knitting or just come and enjoy a natter and a cuppa.
You can be sure of a warm welcome at our Wednesday Welcome in the church hall every Wednesday from 10.00am until midday with refreshments and home baking. A warm, safe space, free to all.
