September begins with Holy Communion at 9.00am on Sunday 3rd followed by Café Church in the church hall at 10.30am (refreshments from about 10.15). Café Church combines the hospitality of Warm Welcome and Sunday coffee times with worship. It’s worship in the church hall around tables (or on sofas!) with space for conversation and community, complete with pastries and drinks. It’s fun, fresh and thought provoking for all ages and stages. Today we’ll be focusing on the new academic year and new beginnings for all of us.
On Sunday 14th September there will be a service of Holy Communion at 10.30am and on Sunday 28th it’s Morning Praise, again at 10.30am. Both will be followed by refreshments in the church hall. In between, on Sunday 21st September we have Café Church in the church hall at 10.30am. Again refreshments will be available from about 10.15am.
Our monthly Knit and Natter is on Tuesday 16th September, in the church hall from 2.00pm. You are welcome to bring along any craft, not just knitting or just come and enjoy a natter and a cuppa.
You can sure of a warm welcome at Wednesday Welcome, every Wednesday in the Church Hall from 10.00am until midday, with hot and cold drinks and home baking.
