Our Sunday services for September begin with Holy Communion on 1st September at 9.00pm, followed by our All Age Service at 10.30am when we’ll be ‘Back to School with Jesus’. Refreshments will be served in the church hall between the two services from 9.45am.
We have a traditional service of Holy Communion on Sunday 8th September and a new look, All Age Communion Service on 15th September. On Sunday 22nd September it will be Morning Praise, again with a new look. All are at 10.30am with refreshments in the church hall afterwards.
On Sunday 29th September you are welcome to join us at our Café Church which will be in the church hall starting at 10.30am. It will be an opportunity for coffee with God (other refreshments are available), with prayers, music and discussion.
Our first Open the Book Assembly for the new term will be taking place at the Duchy School on Monday 23rd September. The first KidZone after School Club will be taking place on Wednesday 2nd October.
Our monthly Knit and Natter is on Tuesday 17th September, in the church hall from 2.00pm. Bring along any craft, not just knitting or just come and enjoy a natter and a cuppa.
You can be sure of a warm welcome at our Wednesday Welcome, in the church hall every Wednesday, from 10.00am-midday (please note the change of time). You’ll find a warm, safe, free space for community with hot and cold drinks and home baking. Free to all.
There will be plenty of refreshments available too at our stall at the Bradninch Town Fair which takes place this year on Saturday 28th September on the cricket pitch. There will also be a St Disen’s Kidzone area, a ‘This is my Story’ exhibition and a chance to meet Issachar the Donkey!
We have a monthly collection for external charities and causes. This month we will be collecting for the Devon Historic Churches Trust.
